All orders are subject to availability. We STRONGLY recommend that you call our seafood hotline at 800-258-2559 to check on product before placing a critical order or an order at deadline.

We ship Federal Express Priority Overnight to insure a fresh product is delivered to your door. Fed Ex will not deliver to you on Sunday or pick up from us on Sundays for Monday delivery so please plan your order accordingly.
All prices listed for product do not include shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and handling charges include sauces, reuseable cooler, and utensils. Please check our shipping chart for an estimate on how much it will cost to ship your seafood to you, and call us on our Seafood Hotline at 800-258-2559 for exact quotes, where you can talk to real people who are friendly and want to help you.

We do ship by the piece. Please call our Seafood Hotline at 1-800-258-2559 if you wish to order by the piece.

Fed Ex does not deliver to a post office box! You must give a physical address for delivery!

We can ship for later dates, if that is your wish. Just put your instructions in the comments box, and we will hold your order until the day you want it shipped.

We will put a release on the package, so that Fed Ex can leave it at your door if no one is home, unless you tell us not to. Tell us in the comments section of the order form.

Some items are seasonal. Prices and availability can change daily. We take great pride in our seafood, the best the Keys has to offer, and we want you to enjoy it! And you can have confidence in our product. Fed Ex will not deliver to you on Sunday or pick up from us on Sundays for Monday delivery so please plan your order accordingly.
Recommended serving sizes are approximately 1/2 pound per person for fish and shrimp, and 1 pound per person for stone crab claws. Unless, of course, it's a pigout. Then all bets are off!

Florida/Monroe county tax of 7.5% will be added to all ready to eat foods and added at time of shipping.

All orders come with an information packet, including recipes, specific to the items you order. Each item comes with the appropriate sauce (mustard sauce with the stone crabs, tartar sauce with the fish, cocktail sauce with the shrimp) and the appropriate tool (mallet with the stone crabs) if necessary.

We take orders Monday through Friday for Tuesday through Saturday delivery.
Deliveries on Saturday are for limited areas only, and Fed Ex charges an extra $20.00 for Saturday delivery.
