How to Order

Ordering

  • Deadline for next day delivery is 1:30 pm EST.
  • Orders Subject to Availability.
  • We STRONGLY recommend you call our Seafood Hotline at 1-800-258-2559 before placing critical orders or orders close to deadline (see above).
  • All orders include information packet of recipes, appropriate sauces and appropriate tools if necessary.
  • Florida/Monroe county tax of 7.5% will be added to all ready to eat foods and added at time of shipping.
  • We take orders Monday through Friday for Tuesday to Saturday delivery.
     

Shipping

  • We ship via Federal Express Priority Overnight to ensure the freshest product to your door.
  • Fed Ex does not deliver to you on Sundays.
  • Saturday Deliveries by Fed Ex are for limited areas only. They do charge an extra $20 for Saturday Delivery.
  • Fed Ex does not ship to a Post Office Box.
  • Fed Ex does no pick up from us Sunday or Monday (plan your orders accordingly).
  • We send all packages with Fed Ex Release so it can be left at your door without a signature. If you do not want this, put change in the comment section of the order form.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are in addition to price listed for product.
  • Shipping and Handling charges include reusable cooler, sauces and tools.
  • Check shipping chart for estimate on shipping.

  • Please check your information before submitting order (spelling of name, street address, phone number etc) to ensure your delivery makes it to the proper location.
  • If you are ordering for items desired at a later date, put the date desired into the comments box and we will hold your order until the day you want it shipped.
     

Notice

  • Some items are seasonal.
  • Prices and Availability changes daily.
  • We take great pride in our seafood, The Best the Keys has to Offer, and we want you to enjoy it.
  • Recommended serving sizes are approximately ½ pound per person for fish and shrimp, 1 pound for stone crab claws. Unless, of course, it’s a pig-out. Then all bets are off!
