Southwestern Shrimp Dip

Makes 1 1/2 lb.

1/2 lb Precooked shrimp, thawed and pureed
1/2 lb cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy mayonaisse
1/2 small red pepper, chopped very fine
1/2 small red onion, chopped very fine
1/2 oz jalapeno, chopped
1/4 tsp Tabasco
1 Tbs key lime juice
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp dried chives

Soften cream cheese. Add all ingredients in a mixer. Mix well.
