Makes 1 1/2 lb.

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb Precooked shrimp, thawed and pureed
• 1/2 lb cream cheese
• 1/2 cup heavy mayonaisse
• 1/2 small red pepper, chopped very fine
• 1/2 small red onion, chopped very fine
• 1/2 oz jalapeno, chopped
• 1/4 tsp Tabasco
• 1 Tbs key lime juice
• 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
• 1 tsp dried chives

Directions

Soften cream cheese. Add all ingredients in a mixer. Mix well.
