Makes 1 1/2 lb.
1/2 lb. blue crab meat (stone crab meat is also great!)
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy mayonaisse
1 Tbs dried chives
1/4 tsp horseradish
3 drops tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
Soften cream cheese. Add all ingredients in a mixer. Mix well.
